How to delete your data and account
You can request deletion of your rendra.eu account and all personal data connected to it at any time.
1. Request deletion by e-mail
- Send an e-mail from the address you use to sign in to info@rendra.eu with the subject line "Account deletion request".
- We process the request and confirm the deletion by e-mail within 30 days.
2. If you signed in with Facebook
- You can also remove rendra directly in Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, select rendra and click Remove. Facebook then deletes the information it shared with us (see Facebook — Apps and Websites settings).
- Important: removing the app in Facebook revokes its permissions, but it does not delete the photos, results and account data stored on rendra.eu. To delete everything, also send the deletion e-mail described above.
3. If you signed in with Google
- Send the deletion e-mail described above. Optionally, you can also remove rendra's access in your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps with account access.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in data (name, e-mail, profile picture).
- All uploaded photos of your rooms or garden.
- All generated visualizations and videos.
- Your requests and related job details.
Deleted data is removed from our live systems within 30 days; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days. We keep only what we are legally required to keep, and only for the legally required period.
