Who we are
Rendra (rendra.eu, "we", "us") is an online service that uses artificial intelligence to create visualizations of room and garden renovations from photos you upload. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

What data we collect
- Account data — your name, e-mail address and profile picture, provided when you sign in with Facebook or Google (or e-mail sign-in).
- Uploaded photos — photos of your rooms or garden that you upload for visualization. They are stored privately and are not visible to other users.
- Generated content — the AI renders and videos produced from your photos.
- Job details — the type of room, desired style and description you enter with your request.
- Technical data — server logs (IP address, timestamps) required to operate and secure the service.
Signing in with Facebook or Google
When you use "Log in with Facebook" (or Google), the provider sends us your basic profile data: your name, e-mail address and profile picture. We request only the minimal scopes needed to create and identify your account (public profile and e-mail). We never post to your social media account. You can revoke the app's permissions at any time in your Facebook settings (Settings → Apps and Websites) or Google account settings; this prevents future logins but does not delete data already stored with us — for that, see Data Deletion.
How we use your data
- To create your account and let you sign in.
- To produce the visualizations you request (your photos are processed by AI models for this purpose only).
- To communicate with you about your account and your requests.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
AI processing and third parties
To generate visualizations, uploaded photos may be processed by third-party AI providers:
- Local GPU processing on our own infrastructure (European Union).
- Alibaba Cloud (Model Studio) — for certain cloud-based image and video models, data is processed in Alibaba Cloud infrastructure (Singapore). When this transfer happens, it is limited to the photo needed for the given visualization.
- Hosting — this website and your account data are hosted in the European Union (Czech Republic).
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards and process only the minimum data required to deliver the requested visualization.
Data retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Uploaded photos and generated visualizations are kept so you can access your results; they are deleted when you delete your account or request deletion (see Data Deletion). Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic: Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚÔOUO, www.uoou.cz).

Cookies
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function (login session, security). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
Uploaded photos and results are stored privately and served only to you when signed in. Access to our infrastructure is restricted and encrypted connections (HTTPS) are used throughout.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The current version is always available on this page.
